Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
• Sales skills, including generating leads, conducting presentations, and closing sales.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively for legal documents and resident inquiries.
• Proficiency with computer systems, including CRM programs and MS Office.
• Fluency in using the internet for marketing and sales-related tasks.

• Experience in sales, leasing, retail, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Interact with prospective and current residents, communicating the value of living at a DHI Communities Build-To-Rent community.
• Manage the application process for prospective residents.
• Follow up with prospective and future residents to finalize leasing decisions and renewals.
• Provide consistent service throughout the resident life cycle.
• Respond quickly and courteously to resident concerns and questions, taking prompt action to resolve issues.
• Manage lease expirations and secure renewals.
• Assist with community marketing activities and resident events.
• Complete various accounting, financial, and administrative reports.
• Ensure adherence to all government regulations including Fair Housing, ADA, and OSHA.
• Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner.
