About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Management Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for a variety of properties and building operations positions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates effectively with hiring managers, and is skilled at identifying top talent through multiple recruiting channels.

Requirements

• MUST be Fluent in Spanish.
• Previous experience in screening/interviewing is a must.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Screen and qualify candidates for positions such as: Administrative Assistants Receptionists Bookkeepers Concierge / Front Desk Staff Janitorial Staff Maintenance Technicians Building Operations Personnel
• Partner closely with property managers to understand staffing needs
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Process background checks and initiate drug test scheduling
• Administer and manage new hire paperwork and onboarding documentation
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, networking, and employee referrals
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
