About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced property management professional to lead the overall strategy and property management team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of management dynamics, and a commitment to driving results. This role ideally has a bilingual Spanish-speaking individual who can effectively communicate with diverse teams and clients, ensuring efficiency in the operation and management of the business.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a regional management or property management role, ideally 5+ years experience in property management.
• Strong leadership skills to effectively run and operate a management team that oversees 2,000+ units.
• Experience in training development of new and existing employees.
• Bilingual or Spanish speaking is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex business challenges while maintaining focus on organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Direct a team of 15 plus individuals across multiple properties and states, ensuring daily duties and performance.
• Serve as director of all management activities within the organization, building out both the corporate and on-site teams.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and market expansion.
• Build out, lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of management individuals.
• Oversee recruiting efforts to attract and further build out the management company platform.
• Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
