The role of a Property Management Business Partner can provide you with skills and experience of: Property Management business financials and controlling building costs Plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, basic building maintenance and service operations Managing a remote team in a multi-unit market to drive business strategies and identify market priorities Influencing talent strategies in a multi-unit market and building skills in recruiting, selecting, and talent development for Property Management roles As a Property Management Business Partner, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities: Manage and execute preventive and corrective maintenance strategies, ensuring the physical store environment aligns with Target’s brand and safety standards. Leading and creating a service culture utilizing tools and routines that model, train, and coach behavioral expectations to deliver the service standard Act as a key partner to store teams by ensuring that Property Management is aligned with business goals including remodels, new stores and special projects. Allocate resources and prioritize workload across a district of stores. Build and lead a team of Property Management Leads across multiple store locations. Develop and execute talent strategies to hire, train, and retain top talent. Create and prioritize an environment of inclusivity by developing leaders who value diverse voices and approaches, are authentic and respectful, and create equitable experiences. Utilize data to track performance, analyze trends and make informed decisions to improve safety, operations and financial outcomes. Control building costs by leveraging best practices to efficiently use resources, minimize waste and reduce unnecessary spending. Manage vendors locally by building relationships and setting clear expectations. Ensure service standards are met; escalate and resolve issues to deliver quality service. © Target Brands, Inc.
