About The Position
D.R. Horton, Inc., the largest homebuilder in the U.S., is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Consultant for its Operations Department at Ascend at the Fount in Katy, Texas. This role is pivotal in enhancing the living experience for residents in DHI Communities' Build-To-Rent properties. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for engaging with prospective and current residents, effectively communicating the value of living in these communities, and managing the entire application process. This position requires a customer-focused individual who is passionate about helping others find their ideal home and is adept at problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. The Leasing Consultant will interact with residents throughout their lifecycle, ensuring consistent service and addressing any concerns or questions promptly. This includes following up with prospective residents through various communication methods, managing lease expirations, and securing renewals. Additionally, the consultant will assist in community marketing activities and resident events, complete various financial and administrative reports, and ensure compliance with all government regulations, including Fair Housing and ADA. The ideal candidate will thrive in both individual and team settings, conducting all business in a professional and ethical manner to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to the company's profitability.
