Main Duties and Responsibilities Check and replace exterior lighting on a regular basis. Review daily work order priorities with the Apartment Maintenance Lead at the beginning and end of each day. Receive “make ready” assignments and gather all necessary tools, equipment, and supplies to prepare an apartment unit for occupancy. Remove trash and debris from recently vacated apartments. Ensure all repairs and replacements are completed as necessary for apartments to be move-in ready. Clean and maintain the pool as directed. Shampoo or replace carpet/vinyl flooring as needed. Maintain and secure all property-issued tools and equipment. Repair and replace light bulbs, globes, fixtures, windows, latches, screens, hinges, sliding doors, shelves, baseboards, mirrors, and closet components. Check all doors and windows and re-key locks as required. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Skills and Qualifications Ability to work in outdoor environments and adapt to adverse weather conditions. Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written instructions, and complete standard paperwork. Strong work ethic with proven reliability and dependability. Team-oriented attitude with the ability to take direction when needed. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
