Zero Commute to the Office: We dispatch your schedule the night before. You start your day directly from home and head straight to your first assignment. Total Ownership: You aren't just a "helper." Requirements

• Drywall Specialist: Intermediate skills required-you must be able to float, texture, and match finishes perfectly.
• Plumbing Proficiency: Capable of troubleshooting systems, replacing toilets, and installing faucets or supply lines.
• Electrical Fundamentals: A strong understanding of residential systems, including fixtures, switches, and outlets.
• General Trades: Skilled in carpentry, flooring repairs, millwork, tilework, basic masonry, and alarm systems.
• Independent Project Management: The ability to take a defined scope of work and drive it to completion without constant supervision.
• Experience: 2 years of solid residential maintenance history.
• The Essentials: Must have your own tools, a reliable vehicle, and a valid driver's license.
• Tech-Friendly: Comfortable using mobile apps to navigate your workday.
• The "GSD" Factor: You don't make excuses; you find solutions.
