About The Position

We’re currently hiring a Maintenance Technician to support multiple residential properties throughout the Northwest Ohio region. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and working independently across different locations. This role will travel between properties in Plymouth, OH, Tiffin, OH, Galion, OH, and Bucyrus, OH. Reliable transportation is required.

Requirements

• Previous maintenance experience
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable using a tablet or mobile device for work orders
• Reliable transportation is required

Nice To Haves

• Property management or similar environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances
• Complete unit turns, inspections, and preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner
• Coordinate with contractors when needed
• Ensure all work is completed safely and up to company standards
• Respond to occasional on-call maintenance needs
