About The Position

Kinetic Design + Development is looking for a Property Maintenance Technician to join the Krew. If you’re a maintenance professional who thrives in both the creative and technical sides of the process, this role is for you. In this role, you will help keep Kinetic’s residential and commercial properties running smoothly, safely, and looking their best. From troubleshooting building systems to preparing spaces for new tenants, you will play a hands-on role in creating well-maintained environments where people can live and work comfortably. You will work closely with our property management team while also taking ownership of day-to-day maintenance tasks across multiple properties. If you enjoy solving problems, working with your hands, and seeing the direct impact of your work on the spaces people use every day, you will feel right at home with the Krew. You are someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time. You notice the small details others miss and take ownership of the spaces and systems you maintain. When something breaks, you are already thinking through the fix. You work well independently but also communicate clearly with teammates, tenants, and vendors. You stay organized, juggle multiple tasks with ease, and adapt quickly when priorities shift. Above all, you approach every project with professionalism, integrity, and a solutions-focused mindset.
