ACC Management Group is seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to support a scattered-site residential portfolio across six buildings in Hixton, Melrose, Merrillan, Taylor, Alma Center and Black River Falls. This role is responsible for maintaining common areas, completing turnover maintenance on vacant units, and ensuring properties remain safe, clean, and well-maintained. This will include mowing the lawns and maintaining landscaping. This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated individual who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable working independently across multiple locations.
