About The Position
We are seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to maintain two sites, a 40 unit complex in Penn Hills and an 11 unit complex in Lawrenceville.
Requirements
- Physically able to lift (50 lbs), bend climb and reach
- Valid State Drivers License and access to a vehicle
Responsibilities
- Routine maintenance functions; electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting
- Completing work orders
- Refurbishing turnovers
- Assist custodian with cleaning common spaces when neccesary
- Grounds maintenance, snow removal
- 24/7 Emergency On-Call rotation required
- Might require 1 day per week floating to asssit fellow technicians within your zone
