About The Position
In this position, you'll repair plumbing fixtures, troubleshoot electrical issues, paint, landscape, and coordinate contractors. You'll ensure Christopher Lodge remains safe, functional, and welcoming for all who enter. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of related experience
- Valid driver's license
- Positive attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Skilled in painting, mechanical repairs, and hand/power tools
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
