About The Position
Property Maintenance Temp. performs lawn care, landscape, maintenance, and other assigned projects.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred or students currently in high school.
- Previous experience in property maintenance preferred.
- The Peoria Tribe of Indians of Oklahoma operates a drug-free workplace.
- May be required to submit to and pass applicable drug test and background check.
- Adhere to all work rules, policies & procedures, and safety standards.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Position involves prolonged sitting, stooping, standing, bending, lifting, or carrying over 50 pounds on a daily basis. Work is generally performed outdoors in all weather conditions and temperatures.
Responsibilities
- Mow lawns with riding lawnmowers or manual mowers.
- Trim weeds and bushes and edge lawns using a variety of machines.
- Perform landscaping projects.
- Perform routine maintenance duties.
- Prune trees and shrubs.
- General Property maintenance.
- Other duties as assigned.
