Property Maintenance Associate
About The Position
A reliable and skilled Property Maintenance Technician is needed to support a multi-unit senior living facility. This role is responsible for general building maintenance and repairs, including vinyl flooring installation and repair, replacing electrical outlets and switches, installing new fixtures, basic plumbing and carpentry tasks, painting, and preventative maintenance throughout the property. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in residential or commercial maintenance, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for senior residents. Professionalism, responsiveness, and a commitment to quality workmanship are essential.
Requirements
- Prior experience in property or facilities maintenance
- Working knowledge of general repairs, vinyl flooring, basic electrical and plumbing, fixture installation, and preventative maintenance
