About The Position

From landlord and tenant disputes to rights of way, boundary issues, commercial lease matters and agricultural disputes you will gain exposure to a broad range of property litigation work. Requirements

A qualified Solicitor (NQ – 5PQE) with experience or a strong interest in property litigation
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage a varied caseload and meet deadlines
A proactive, client-focused approach
