About The Position

CIS Group is seeking a 1099 Property Insurance Inspector to conduct field underwriting inspections at residential homes. The role involves traveling to various locations to take photos, gather property data, and upload the information using a smartphone or computer. Most inspections will be exterior-only, with some requiring interior photos. This position offers flexibility in scheduling and is ideal for independent contractors looking to supplement their work.

Requirements

• 1099 Independent Contractor status.
• Must have a fairly recent smartphone or tablet capable of taking and storing hundreds of pictures.
• Access to a computer with Wi-Fi.
• Must own a reliable vehicle and have a valid driver's license.
• Good communication skills are essential.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in property inspections or related fields.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
