Currently seeking a full-time HOA Property Inspector to enforce governing documents, rules and guidelines for multiple Community Associations.

Requirements

  • Must have own vehicle, clean driving record and be detail oriented.
  • Background screening and pre-employment drug screening required.
  • Ability to utilize technology is mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Daily compliance tours of HOA communities
  • Maintain accurate records of homeowner files
  • Provide positive communication with homeowners by telephone and email
  • Investigate and follow-up on complaints and concerns from homeowners
  • Pluss other work related tasks as needed
