Mueller Reports is seeking a dedicated Property Inspector to join our growing team in Gainesville, GA. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial part in evaluating properties for insurance purposes while enjoying the flexibility of working independently. This position offers the potential for full-time opportunities for inspectors who meet performance requirements. While prior experience in home inspections is beneficial, it is not a strict requirement. Mueller Reports will cover the cost of an inspection certification course for qualified candidates, ensuring you have the necessary training to excel in this role. As a Property Inspector, your primary responsibilities will include conducting in-depth inspections of homes, capturing clear photographs of key areas such as the roof, exterior, and amenities, and identifying any hazards or issues that may affect the property's condition. You will utilize a user-friendly smartphone app to input measurements and create accurate property diagrams and scans. Additionally, you will report your findings by inputting measurements, photographs, and observations into our proprietary app to generate comprehensive inspection reports for clients.
