Requirements

  • Reliable and ready: You’ve got a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and you're over 18.

Responsibilities

  • Be the hands-on hero: Own the cleanliness, safety, and overall feel of your assigned properties—inside and out.
  • Stay sharp: Conduct weekly walk-throughs and spot what needs attention before it becomes an issue.
  • Fix it yourself: You’ll be painting, repairing, cleaning, and tackling small maintenance tasks.
  • Weather warrior: Snow, sun, rain—you’re out there making things better no matter the forecast.
  • Connect with residents: Build friendly relationships and respond to their concerns with care.
  • Level things up: Spot areas for improvement and take initiative to make your properties shine.
  • Solve problems fast : When unexpected issues come up, think critically and find efficient, lasting solutions.
  • Mind the details : Notice the small things—because they make a big difference in how the property feels.
