About The Position

As problem solvers, we ask important questions and tackle challenges both big and small, changing the expectations of insurance. In this role, you will be responsible for investigating and maintaining property claims, securing information, reviewing coverages, completing field inspections, and settling claims. You will handle moderately complex homeowner property field claims, typically within 2 hours of Reno, NV, and must be located in Reno, NV. While this is a fully remote/work from home position, you will spend approximately 80% of your time in the field. Occasionally, you may be required to travel to an office location for in-person engagement activities such as team meetings, training, and cultural events. We offer relocation support for eligible candidates. You will report to the Property Claim Manager and will be provided with a company fleet vehicle, which you may also use for personal purposes. The compensation range for this position is between $55,000.00 and $90,000.00, with variations based on job level and geographic work location.
