About The Position
Investigates and maintains property/casualty claims. Determines liability, secures information, reviews coverages, arranges appraisals, and settles claims. Travel may vary between 25% - 75%. You will work in the field and report to the Property Claim Manager and handle homeowner property field claims typically within the Madison, WI area. You must be located within that metro area. A company fleet vehicle is provided with the position and there's an option to use the vehicle for personal use. In this primarily field-based role, you will spend 80% of your time (4+ days per week) working in the field, directly interacting with customers, Agents, Agency Staff, etc. On occasion you may be asked to travel to an office location for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, trainings, and culture events.
