About The Position

In this role, you will work in the field and report to the Property Claim Manager, handling homeowner property field claims primarily within the Baltimore, MD metro area. It is essential that you are located within this metro area. A company fleet vehicle will be provided for your use, with the option to use it for personal purposes. This position is primarily home-based, with 80% of your time (4+ days per week) spent working from home and/or in the field managing claims. Occasionally, you may be required to travel to an office location for in-person engagement activities such as team meetings, training sessions, and cultural events. We also offer relocation support for eligible candidates. The compensation range for this position is between $55,000.00 and $90,000.00, with variations based on job level and geographic work location.
