About The Position

The Property & Facilities Manager is responsible for the efficient management of both commercial and residential properties. This role encompasses hands-on management, financial performance oversight, tenant relations, and project management, ensuring properties are maintained to high standards and operational efficiency is maximized.

Requirements

• 4+ years of multi-family residential/commercial property management experience preferred.
• Industry association designation preferred.
• Working knowledge of Yardi preferred.
• Highly organized with previous leadership experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of commercial and residential properties.
• Oversee capital projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage property-related service contracts and building staff, including landscaping and janitorial services.
• Establish and maintain preventative maintenance programs for all properties.
• Conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance property value.
• Ensure properties are maintained in good operational condition and tenant needs are addressed promptly.
• Oversee maintenance projects for timely and cost-effective execution.
• Ensure compliance with property-specific requirements and safety regulations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for tenants throughout the lease process.
• Prepare property business plans and budgets, and provide monthly financial reporting.
