About The Position

Help create an outstanding guest experience by keeping the property safe, functional, and well-maintained Follow guest room preventive maintenance checklists Complete room maintenance and ensure spaces are left clean, safe, and free of debris Perform basic repairs including: Replacing light fixtures Grout and caulking repairs Tightening loose fixtures and toilet seats Minor plumbing and electrical repairs Painting and wall touch-ups Interact with guests and respond to maintenance needs promptly and professionally Immediately report safety concerns or significant maintenance issues to management Meet all quality assurance standards and expectations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in general repair such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, and maintaining mechanical equipment
• Professional, courteous demeanor
• A can-do attitude and passion for guest service
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond in a friendly, helpful way
• A consistently caring and respectful approach
• A gracious host mindset—for guests, vendors, and future teammates

• Pool certification is a plus
