Job Description Position Summary Life Time seeks a motivated individual to assist in the participation of the organization’s day-to-day operations of the Real Estate/Property Development Department. Provides fundamental support of the Property Development team with primary focus on day-to-day operations, and marketing needs. They will work in a collaborative environment to deliver the best-in-class Life Time Destinations to prospective members across the nation.

Requirements

  • Basic functional marketing and budget skills
  • Excellent customer service and project management skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office suite
  • Knowledge of standard office procedures and computer software
  • Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and recommend solutions
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • 1 to 5 years of general marketing or operations experience

Responsibilities

  • Designs, creates, and delivers Property Development Pitch Presentations, integrating the latest metrics, club offerings, and company branding
  • Creates materials for the Development team to showcase the Life Time brand to developers, municipalities, and homeowners associations.
  • Identifies and evaluates promotional merchandise suppliers, ensuring optimal pricing, product quality, and delivery for effectively introducing Life Time to new communities.
  • Manages the marketing budget allocated by Development Managers to ensure alignment with financial targets
  • Manage Operations of Smartsheets reporting needs, Teams folder structure & organization
  • Coordinates internal real estate strategy presentations and standardizes templates to ensure consistency across all regions
  • Manage other miscellaneous projects as assigned
