As a Restoration Technician , you will: Respond to water, fire, mold, and other property damage emergencies Perform mitigation services including extraction, demolition, cleaning, and equipment setup Document all work using industry software (photos, moisture readings, notes) Work directly with customers on-site with professionalism and empathy Follow job scopes, safety standards, and company procedures Maintain equipment, vehicles, and a clean jobsite Support Crew Chiefs and Project Managers with project tasks Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
