About The Position

The Property Damage Specialist will conduct inspections, evaluate damages, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in property damage assessment is a plus.
• Proven experience in property damage evaluation or insurance claims.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases efficiently.
• Proficient with reporting tools and software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
