Property damage litigation attorney- Full Time Location: Coral Gables, FL, 33134 What you will be doing: Meeting with clients to discuss their case Showing compassion and empathy Earning the trust, confidence and respect of clients Providing clients with updates Communicating with insurance companies regarding status of claims, demands and offers Attending hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations

Requirements

• Full-time availability
• 2+ years of litigation experience
• Membership of the Florida Bar and in good standing
• Experience in evaluating claims
• Superb negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive approach to problem-solving
• Team-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

• First Party Property Damage experience (preferred)
