Tyto Athene is looking to hire a Property Custodian for a multi-year contract performing at Fort Meade, Maryland. This position performs property custodian services IAW contract and Performance Works Statement (PWS) requirements. Responsibilities: Ensure 100% accountability and control for all Government furnished equipment. Conduct physical inventories and maintain current, accurate property records. Track all equipment maintenance and support expirations and warranty renewals. Support facility operations that include tracking and coordinating facility service desk tickets ensuring jobs are tasked out and closed out upon completion, determine items for repair, review utilities consumption and submit reports to the government. Ensure equipment is barcoded and prepared for issuance using the DPAS system. Submit documentation to Government property POC for any lost, stolen or damaged equipment. Inspect the building for cleanliness and safety, ensure fire extinguishers and first aid kits are current, serviceable and up to date. Inspect bathrooms daily for cleanliness and serviceability. Schedule and manage Vehicle Control processes / Field Training Site (FTX). Qualifications Required: High School diploma with at least three years of relevant work experience. U.S. Citizenship. Desired: Knowledge of government-approved property management systems, e.g. DPAS. Experience working with Transportation Motor Pool (TMP) representatives. DoD logistics lifecycle experience Familiarity with DRMO processes and approvals.
