About The Position

The Property Coordinator plays a vital role in the day-to-day management and operations of the Real Estate portfolio at HonorHealth. This position involves assisting the Property Manager in maintaining records, managing tenant relations, and ensuring the smooth operation of property-related tasks. The coordinator will handle various administrative duties, including invoice management, work order follow-ups, and communication with tenants and owners.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1 year of administration experience required.
  • Current and valid Driver License required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Property Manager in day-to-day management and operations of the Real Estate portfolio.
  • Maintain tenant and owner relations and ensure upkeep of portfolio records and policies.
  • Manage invoice records, contracts, and update maintenance records.
  • Follow up on work orders and submit purchase orders as needed.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to email inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Update records in lease software and electronically file correspondence and documents.
  • Create, distribute, review, and track purchase orders.
  • Ensure certificates of insurance are on file and compile tenant bill-backs.
  • Support the Real Estate Team and Property Manager with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
