We are looking for a Corporate Real Estate Property Coordinator to join our Global Real Estate team at Just Eat Takeaway.com. In this role, you’ll help us manage and optimise our global property portfolio across offices, hubs, and logistics sites. You will be responsible for lease administration, financial tracking, and operational coordination to ensure our real estate is efficient, compliant, and aligned with JET’s business goals. Working closely with our internal partners in Finance, Workplace, Legal, Procurement, our external landlords and service providers, you’ll be the backbone of day-to-day coordination that keeps our spaces running smoothly and our portfolio data accurate. Requirements

  • Experience in corporate real estate, property coordination and or lease administration
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience working with lease databases, property management systems, or tools like Google Applications, Excel, Power BI, or LeaseEagle/MRI, Planon, Tririga
  • Financial acumen and comfortable with budgets, invoices, and cost tracking.
  • A collaborative mindset with the confidence to liaise with landlords, agents, and teams.
  • Fluency in English (other European languages are a plus).
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to plan, organise, and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously while remaining committed to achieving your goals
  • Results-driven, with the ability to execute quickly and efficiently to maximise impact while getting into the details when necessary.
  • Strong multitasking skills, able to manage multiple priorities, stay committed to achieving goals and work with various stakeholders across different levels.

Responsibilities

  • Lease Data & System Integrity: Manage real estate systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance of all lease, property, and financial data.
  • Critical Date Management: Proactively track and manage all critical lease dates (e.g., renewals, expiries, rent reviews) for timely action and full compliance.
  • Portfolio Reporting: Prepare and distribute accurate portfolio dashboards and management reports to provide clear visibility of performance, risks, and cost trends.
  • Transaction & Project Support: Support all real estate transactions and assist Project Managers with budget tracking and timeline coordination for fit-out projects.
  • Statutory Compliance & Audits: Maintain all required compliance documentation (e.g., building certificates, insurance) to ensure continuous statutory compliance and audit readiness.
  • Process & Documentation Management: Maintain organized and standardized real estate documentation and contribute to process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency.
  • Property Invoice Processing: Process, reconcile, and administer all property-related invoices (e.g., rent, service charges, taxes) for timely and accurate payment.
  • Rent Administration & Indexation: Execute complex rent administration, including the monitoring, calculation, and implementation of all rent indexation or CPI increases.
  • Financial Planning & Forecasting: Support annual and quarterly budgeting cycles, ongoing financial forecasting, and occupancy cost tracking, partnering with Finance.
  • Purchase Order Management: Manage the end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) process for the Real Estate team, ensuring alignment with budget cycles and cost allocations.
