About The Position
The Property Coordinator shall be responsible for assisting the Asset Management team for the AERO Long Beach portfolio on a day-to-day basis with all respects of property management; with the possibility of hybridization and added duties and responsibilities for the El Segundo Portfolio, to be determined at a later time. This position reports to the Property Manager and offices in AERO Long Beach.
