JOB SUMMARY The Property Compliance Specialist II is responsible for managing all aspects of homeowner association (HOA) for an assigned portfolio of owned assets, including but not limited to non-resident gate and general amenity access, following up with HOA regarding violation cure and resident appeal, tracking down missing violations records as identified on HOA statements, HOA leasing violation resolution, Resident general communication, HOA lease approval process, handling HOA rental registrations, USPS specialized mail processing and assisting entire team with HOA portal set up and resident exterior modification requests.
