We are seeking a dedicated Community Manager to oversee the operations of our residential community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction, maintaining the property, and upholding all legal and regulatory requirements. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming and thriving community environment, where residents feel valued and supported. The Community Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring that all aspects of property management are handled efficiently and effectively. In this position, you will oversee property maintenance and facilities management, ensuring that the community is well-maintained and that all facilities are in good working order. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal administrative procedures, including Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), Section 8, and Fair Housing regulations. This requires a thorough understanding of these regulations and the ability to implement them in daily operations. Utilizing RentManger for property management tasks will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally. Additionally, you will implement strategies for upselling additional services to residents, enhancing their living experience and contributing to the overall success of the community.
