About The Position
Property Cleaner is responsible for completing unit turnover cleanings and common area cleanings of apartment complexes, as directed by Cleaning Foreman. Requirements
- 1-3 years of previous residential and/or commercial cleaning experience recommended.
Responsibilities
- Work with Property Manager and Regional Property Supervisor on scheduling of units to be cleaned.
- Complete turnover cleaning checklist for each unit scheduled within the time frame assigned.
- Document all items that were cleaned, and follow up with Property Manager and Cleaning Foreman.
- Assist with public area cleaning as needed and assigned, which may include, but not limited to, vacuuming hallways, cleaning laundry rooms and entry ways.
- Assist with outside grounds work such as picking up trash and pulling weeds.
- This position will include travel to assigned property portfolio
- Property Cleaner will complete and follow-up on a wide variety of tasks and items as may be assigned/or necessary to fulfill job duties.
- Property Cleaner will work cooperatively and comply with all company standards, policy and procedures, and will be conducted professionally, consistently and safely. EOE
