The Insurance Claim Service Team Lead acts as a point of contact for a group of Insurance Claim Service Adjusters. Monitors and evaluates interactions and workflow to ensure that quality and volume standards are maintained. An Insurance Claim Service Team Lead coaches and guides Claim Service Adjusters, as well as support for fellow team members. Responds to and resolves complaints and complex claims issues. Additionally, Insurance Claim Service Team Lead ensures compliance with State Insurance Department regulations.
