A day in the life. As our Actuarial Analyst on the McGriff Specialty Team, you will request, collect and analyze client data for casualty risk retention plans. Perform actuarial analysis, valuations, forecast cost projections and prepare client reports in support of Consulting Actuaries and client relationship teams. Our future colleague. We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, or another analytical field or equivalent education and related training Strong problem-solving skills Exceptional organizational and multiple project management skills Attention to detail and quality oriented Ability to effectively work in a team environment Good analytical and writing skills Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply: Currently pursuing actuarial exams Industry relevant licensing, professional credentials and continuing education We know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes. Requirements
