About The Position
5th on MAIN in Hopkins, MN is looking for an experienced Caretaker for the property. 5th On MAIN provides fully furnished short- and long-term rentals located on the East end of downtown Hopkins. Caretaker takes care of the maintenance and security of the community areas of the buildings and property. Their duties include cleaning, performing simple repairs and maintenance tasks and performing security checks. Caretaker position requires Caretaker to live on site. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary.
