About The Position

Marders is hiring a Property Care Account Manager to create estimates for property care projects. The role analyzes project scope, specifications, and other documentation to prepare cost and revenue proposals that account for labor, materials, services, and other costs. The Account Manager ensures work is completed profitably, in accordance with the contract and to the client’s satisfaction, while maintaining Marders’ standards. The position involves managing landscape gardens, trees, lawns, and outdoor spaces across multiple properties; creating estimates and managing budgets; directing garden care programs; and coordinating crews. This is an in-person role based at the company’s office in Bridgehampton, New York, and is not remote. The salary range is $80,000–$110,000, commensurate with experience.

Requirements

At least 3 years of landscape industry experience.
Strong horticultural knowledge and hands-on experience.
Experience managing landscape gardens, trees, lawns, and outdoor spaces on multiple properties.
Ability to create estimates, manage budgets, direct garden care programs, and coordinate crews.
Strong organizational, communication, and mathematical skills.
