We are currently seeking a Property Associate to join our Industrial property management team on-site in Walnut Creek, CA. This position could also be based on-site in our SAC or Stockton, CA Industrial offices. Estimated hourly rate for this position: Compensation: $68,000-$72,000 (hourly) The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting a commercial property management team is preferred.
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, Excel, certificate of insurance compliance and tracking, contract management, tenant interaction, Yardi, accounts payable preferred.
