About The Position

As a Property and Procurement intern, you will be exposed to the different ways our groups support the bank and interact internally on a day-to-day basis. You will learn and develop a wide variety of technical and soft skills. Through participating in our 10-week program, interns will have the opportunity to shadow senior level leaders, interact with interns across alternate business lines and apply the skillset they develop to a real-life business case in which they will present to their prospective team. Interns who join the program and are strong performers will have the opportunity to be hired for a full-time role within the organization following graduation.

Requirements

• Successfully complete a video interview assessment within 4 days of receiving the link.
• An eagerness to learn about Real Estate, Procurement and Business Operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Capable of working autonomously as well as collaborating effectively with team members.
• Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite Applications.
• Required Cumulative GPA: 3.0+.
• Candidates must currently be a U.S. Resident.

Nice To Haves

• Interest in Data analysis, Financial analysis, Qualitative analysis, Project management, and Contract basics.

Responsibilities

• Interns will be placed on one of the teams within Property and Procurement.
• The program will feature structured and unstructured learning, providing for cross exposure to the other groups within the Property and Procurement team and outside of the group.
• Each intern will complete a series of case studies to develop a well-rounded skillset.
• Each intern will have an individual project for the 10-weeks with final presentations taking place the final week.
