About The Position

We are seeking a proactive and organized Operations Manager to join our team. This individual will play a key role in supporting tenant relations, administrative tasks, and property management activities. Our ideal candidate has experience in property management and using property management software, has a strong aptitude for systems thinking, details, task management, agility and working independently. Our company culture centers around a shared value of social and environmental good and a desire for our work to support our tenant organizations and our larger community.

Requirements

• Proven experience in property management and / or operations roles
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with startups, local businesses and organizations
• Familiarity with agribusiness, maintenance, renovations and commercial real estate
• Ability to strategize and carry out your work independently as well as collaborate within a team
