The Property and Facilities Administrator is responsible for supporting the operations of residential complexes and commercial retail units. This role combines property management, facilities coordination, office administration, vendor management, leasing support and tenant relations. The Property and Facilities Administrator position is an excellent opportunity for candidates with demonstrated related experience who are ready to grow their career in property and facilities maintenance. This position is full-time and works on-site in our Snohomish Office. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with experience managing tenant relations and ensuring efficient property operations.
