About The Position
The Property Aide is responsible for the general running of the properties associated with the Reentry and Low Barrier Bridge Housing programs at the Bellevue property. This position involves assisting with resident orientations, reporting resident compliance issues to the assigned Case Manager, ensuring resident safety, and addressing all maintenance needs. The Property Aide may live on or off the property and is expected to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
