We are seeking a Property Administrator to join our team in Jacksonville, FL, where you will play a vital role in managing a commercial building. This position involves a variety of responsibilities, including operations, financial activities, and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and property owners. You will have the opportunity to contribute innovative ideas to enhance our property management processes.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors.
  • Respond in a timely manner to tenants' needs to meet lease obligations.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all office visitors.
  • Monitor and respond to incoming service tickets.
  • Manage training room reservations.
  • Program and monitor access database.
  • Order and stock office supplies.
  • Organize and complete service contracts as needed.
  • Handle tenant communications and keep updated contact information.
  • Perform administrative work for vendor and tenant Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and compliance.
  • Assist with annual fire drill compliance.
  • Provide administrative assistance to all Colliers and ownership visitors.
  • 1 - 3 years' experience in property management, commercial or residential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel).
  • Familiarity with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, etc.
  • Strong customer service background.
