About The Position

Sandalwood Management is seeking a full-time administrator for our property Mustang Heights in Sweetwater, TX. This position will include leasing duties where you will act as the community’s sales representative. You will welcome prospects, understand their needs and wants and to be able to professionally present the features and benefits of the community to properly secure lease agreements from qualified persons. You will also be responsible to plan at least one group activity on a weekly basis for our communities' residents. We need someone with energy and a positive can-do attitude. You will also clean the main property office on a weekly basis as well as help with other property duties and some make ready tasks as needed.

Requirements

• 1+ years of administrative experience
• Positive, friendly, and ambitious attitude with excellent problem solving, listening, and deductive reasoning skills
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with prospects, co-workers, residents, vendors and corporate staff
• Excellent customer service skills
• Dependable and punctual
• Valid driver’s license, required
• Successfully pass preemployment background check and drug test, required
• Desire to learn the requirements of the Property Management industry so that you can be promoted

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Yardi property management software, a plus
• Bilingual in English/Spanish, a plus

Responsibilities

• Stand and greet everyone who enters the office
• Answer incoming phone calls and handle each call professionally whether it is a prospect call, resident, service request, etc.
• Help maintain and clean the property office weekly.
• Plan weekly activities for the residents.
• Help with other property tasks as they arise and make readies as you are able.
