AT&T has an opening for a Property Administrator: To support the contract property management team. This position requires office presence a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. Description of Job Duties/Responsibilities: Identify, track, and manage government and contractor-accountable property while maintaining accurate inventory records. Oversee the receipt, delivery, transfer, and disposition of assets in compliance with applicable government regulations, utilizing current technology owning the system of record AssetSmart. Demonstrate initiative and effective follow-through in all tasks. Apply expertise in configuration management, life cycle support, document control, database management, and logistics engineering for hardware. Ensure the safeguarding and proper handling of goods by collaborating closely with other property staff to facilitate the efficient movement of both Government Accountable Property and Contractor Accountable Property. Take responsibility for compiling data and maintaining an up-to-date inventory of all GAP & CAP assets. Own the CAP system of record. Standardize the property in the Cap system of record, updating cost and all fields necessary to algin with government reporting. Conduct trainings for staff on CAP system of record processes. Update records in Help Now to reflect Asset Smart streamlining any duplicates. Track the removal and addition of equipment to the customer network and to report the updates to the procurement team for updates to the maintenance equipment list. Develop and maintain the logistic team's processes and procedures (SOP's). Monitor and report on fulfillment of requirements for various customer reporting systems. Assist logistics leads in the management of worldwide logistics operations from a CAP perspective. Work with key stakeholders on the submission of CDRL's (Contract deliverables). As a custodial property officer (CPO), approve equipment transfers for hub and tail sites. Assist in the development of site inventory plans, as well as monitor and report on the status of the inventory at CAP sites. Track and monitor the disposal of equipment across the program-ensure that all documentation is signed within the established requirements. Track and report on all return material authorization (RMA) deliveries and turn-ins at the sites-ensure that all equipment is added to, or removed from, the maintenance lists, as necessary. Collaborate with site personnel on a regular basis to ensure all consumable property stock levels are being properly maintained. Tracks, traces, and updates the status of shipments as needed. Successfully conduct and complete all assigned training. Travel of up to 30% of the year to inventory and manage the lifecycle of equipment at remote locations. Establish and maintain hardware and software maintenance database and historical document records.
