ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES Completes assigned non-complex projects as defined by the sponsoring department management. Projects may involve various specialty practice areas of claims such as engineering, forensic accounting, and fire investigation. Assists property experts with projects and participates in meetings. Trains on insurance coverages and principles, which may include analysis of loss experience, financial conditions and physical characteristics of risks with a plan to obtain an adjuster's license within 12 months in position. Under the direction of a claims expert, interacts with insureds, documenting claims data, visuals and related evidence. Supports experts in the claims inspection process. ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES Performs other duties as assigned. Travels as required. QUALIFICATIONS Education & Licensing High school diploma or GED required. Experience One (1) years of customer service, construction or related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One (1) years of customer service, construction or related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
