About The Position
As a dedicated Property Adjuster Specialist, you will work within established guidelines and framework to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle complex property insurance claims presented by or against our members. You will confirm and analyze coverage, recognize liability exposure and negotiate equitable settlements in compliance with all state regulatory requirements. This is an hourly, non-exempt position with paid overtime available. This is a desk-based role for the Pacific Time Zone. This role is remote eligible in the continental U.S. with occasional business travel. However, individuals residing within a 60-mile radius of a USAA office will be expected to work on-site 3 days per week.
