Salary/Pay
Pay per hour: $18-$20/hour

Anticipated Schedule/Time Commitment:
Start Date: Tuesday, June 2nd, 2026
Expected End Date: August 6th, 2026
Number of hours per week: 30 - 40 hours
Preferred days/times: Hybrid Schedule! Remote - Mon & Fri. In Office - Tues, Wed & Thurs

Requirements

• While specific experience is not a prerequisite, the ideal candidate should possess skills and abilities relevant to accounting and finance, as provided by their academic pursuits.
• This role is designed to align with the student's major, offering an opportunity for the practical application of classroom knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and proposing strategies for achieving more savings on early payment of invoices, reducing late fees, and minimizing late payments to vendors.
• Completing critical projects such as ensuring Annual unclaimed funds are processed.
